What is included
All-in-one simulator kit – complete, advanced, and ready for any training setting.
Each setup includes:
- Simulator: choose your preferred model from our portfolio. It is supplied as a rental for each semester, with the option to switch models when you renew.
- Instruments and disposables: forceps, scissors, sutures with needle holders, scalpel with blades, and additional grasping tools.
- Organ models: 3 to 7 organ imitations, based on the selected procedure type.
- Analysis package: detailed evaluation for each simulated intervention (typically 5-7 samples).
- Platform access: unlimited insights into your procedure results to follow your progress throughout the semester.

How it works

Your personalized kit is shipped to your address. It includes high-fidelity organ models, instruments, sutures, and full access to the online platform. - Train at your own pace
Follow structured challenges and repeat procedures as often as needed over the 6-month period. - Submit your results
Send back your completed procedures for evaluation. Some cases can also be submitted digitally, depending on the intervention type. - Get your feedback and analysis
Receive detailed feedback, scoring, and expert analysis, including morphological and CFD-based evaluation where applicable. - Exchange and return
When you feel confident with your current simulator, you can exchange it for another case and continue building your skills. At the end of the rental period, simply return the model so it won’t take up space in your lab or home.
Subscription and pricing
Subscribe to the expert training program and gain access to a full set of materials for a comprehensive, hands‑on course.
Your training is flexible across each 6‑month semester, with simulation models and tools supplied as rentals and vessels provided for your selected cases.
You have the freedom to keep your current model or choose a new one at renewal, complemented by expert feedback and performance analysis.
Subscription options:
- €499/semester – one‑time payment covering a full 6‑month training semester.
- €89/month – monthly payment plan for the same semester period.
Single, non-subscription access is not offered by default. In case of specific requests, a one-time payment may be arranged for €600.
The subscription automatically renews every 6 months (per semester), unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Shipping information
The course fee includes 2 shipments: delivery of the training kit and return shipping of the box at the end of the semester.
Important: If you choose to send your completed anastomoses back for expert evaluation during the course, return shipping is at your own cost. We are happy to assist by providing a return shipping label or booking link upon request.

Shipping takes an estimated 5–14 business days, depending on whether your selected model is in stock or requires printing.
Printing begins immediately when needed, and all orders are delivered via third‑party express courier services.

Please note: If you choose to send your completed anastomoses back for expert evaluation during the subscription (recommended monthly or every two months for optimal analysis), the return shipping is at your own expense. Yes, absolutely. The Expert Training Program is the result of close collaboration with internationally recognized experts and is backed by a scientifically validated methodology.
The program is led by Dr Balazs Gasz, who brings over 20 years of experience in surgical education. He has a strong background in both postgraduate and undergraduate training, as well as research leadership in the science of learning.
The training content also features contributions from Professor Peter Gloviczki (Director of the Gonda Vascular Center, Mayo Clinic), a globally respected authority in vascular surgery and surgical performance evaluation.

Each subscription includes a complete, all-in-one simulator kit designed for advanced training. You will receive your selected simulator setup (e.g. MIDCAB, AAA, transplant), surgical instruments, 5–7 patient-specific organ models, sutures and other disposables. The package also includes two shipments: one for delivering the training kit and one for returning the box at the end of the subscription. You gain full access to our training platform, along with educational materials and a detailed analysis package. Throughout the program, you can send back your completed simulations for expert feedback and receive personalized evaluation to guide your progress.

The YourAnastomosis platform uses advanced machine learning to evaluate and score your surgical procedures. The platform simulates your procedure to predict outcomes and provide an objective score, ensuring accurate assessment.

How do I know if I completed the anastomosis correctly?
After completing an anastomosis, you’ll submit it for evaluation to receive detailed feedback on your performance. Start by registering your completed anastomosis through the QR code on our website under the user dashboard in the organ registration section. Then, use the enclosed envelope to send your work back to us. Our system will evaluate your performance by analyzing key metrics such as suture tension, mechanical properties, and overall technique. Within 4-5 days (depending on shipping times), you’ll receive a comprehensive assessment and score, providing actionable insights to help you improve and track your progress.
